Land Rover Ninety / One Ten / 127 2.25 / 2.5 petrol: points, plugs & ignition timing

Ignition · Ninety / One Ten / 127 (1983–90) · 1983–1990

How often: every 6,000 mi or year, whichever comes first. Keeps the engine starting cleanly and running economically.

Work safely: support the vehicle on axle stands, never a jack alone; let it cool first. Check figures against your workshop manual. You do this work at your own risk.
